• Working members of a partnership or limited liability company
• Corporate officers who own at least 10% of the company’s stock
• Outworker, who works on materials at a company but not under their control
• Pilots of agricultural dusting or spraying
• Officials of athletic contests in secondary schools (grades 7-12)
